Terms and Conditions
These terms are here to keep things clear and fair for both sides. By booking a ride, you agree to the points below. If anything feels unclear, it’s always better to ask before your trip.
All rides should be booked in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the details of your trip, including pickup time, location, and vehicle type. It’s important that the information you provide is accurate. Incorrect addresses, wrong flight details, or last-minute changes can affect timing and availability.
Pricing is shared in advance based on your trip details—distance, time, and vehicle type. What you see at booking is what you can expect to pay. There are no hidden charges, but additional costs may apply if your trip changes significantly (extra stops, extended waiting time, or route changes). Payments can be made as agreed at the time of booking.
Plans change, and that’s understandable. We request that cancellations or changes be made as early as possible. Depending on timing, cancellation fees may apply—especially for last-minute changes or same-day bookings. This is mainly because vehicles and chauffeurs are reserved in advance. If you need to adjust your booking, it’s always best to inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate changes where possible.
Chauffeurs arrive on time based on your scheduled pickup. For most pickups, a short waiting period is included. For airport pickups, flight tracking is used to adjust timing, so delays or early arrivals are handled automatically. If additional waiting time is required beyond what’s included, it may be charged accordingly.
Passengers are expected to:
Any damage to the vehicle or unsafe behavior may result in additional charges or termination of the trip.
Please make sure the vehicle you book matches your group size and luggage requirements. If you’re unsure, it’s always better to ask in advance. Overloading a vehicle can affect safety and may not be permitted.
While every effort is made to stay on schedule, certain situations—like heavy traffic, weather conditions, or road closures—are outside anyone’s control. In such cases, routes and timing will be adjusted as best as possible, but exact timing cannot always be guaranteed.
Safety is always a priority. Chauffeurs are trained to follow traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times. Passengers are expected to behave in a way that does not distract the driver or compromise safety.
In rare cases, service may be refused or stopped if there is unsafe behavior, misuse of the vehicle, or violation of these terms.
